no clue
I'll give a very weak clue. It started life as a military rifle and was commercially remanufactured for sporting purposes. The company is still in business but this jewel is no longer produced.
All I know is it has a very short sight radius now. I figured mil-surp, but they are not really my thing. I also figured it was a lot longer at one time.
