    Default New to the Board

Hello all! I am new here, as posted in an earlier post. A little about me and my instructor training. I am a retired Air Force Security Forces Member. During my time in the Air Force, I did firearms training mostly geared around tactical shooting. After retiring from the Air Force in October of 2008, I attended the NRA Pistol, Rifle and Shotgun Instructor class (Civilian). I then attended the NRA LEAD Instructor training. I am now a weapons instructor for the Navy MA A-School here in San Antonio. We teach manly basic marksmanship and some tactical shooting (nothing fancy at all). I am definitely one of the luckiest people on earth as I get to go to a job that I absolutely enjoy. I get to teach in the classroom environment and also get to take those people to the range and help them to qualify. It is a lot of fun.

Anyway, I'm in San Antonio and look forward to swapping ideas with all of you.
