    Default DFW Shooting Events

    This thread is for DFW members to chime in and say Hi and be counted.
    Soon we will be planing a meet either in Ft.Worth or Dallas and maybe both.

    Since the forum is new and new members are coming on board I just want to get an idea of how many we have interested in monthly meets. Also let me know what your preferences are; city, time of day, day of week.

    I like the schedule you've been keeping. The last Sunday of the month. But that's coming from Houston.

    North Dallas (new member) checking in. I'm still counted among those lucky to be 8-5 working stiffs so for me, weekends would work best for a shooting meet. I'd be up for a non-shooting meet any evening as long as I didn't have to go too far. Hate sounding so picky, but you asked!

    Well the 24th at Elm Fork is the next meet.

    I'll be posting the February meets real soon.

    I'm hoping to make one this year soon. The fourth Sunday thing usually kills me because I have a regularly scheduled match that weekend, but I think I will start alternating the the DFW meet this year so I can put some handshakes to names.

    We are also looking at a second meet each month on the 2nd Saturday or Sunday if there is enough interest
    So it may get easier to get out.
    We miss some folks like you because of other meets and church so we are looking at a second date.

    I like that idea. I would definitely have an easier time make a second weekend event then the typical fourth weekend event.

    Weekends would great for me.Week days if enough notice after 3:30 pm. BTW nice to meet you at range.
