Welcome to Texas Gun Owner, a Family Friendly, Social Shooting Group

TGO has monthly shooting meets in Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. Our goal is to provide a relaxed, social, and helpful shooting atmosphere. We'll assist those that are new to shooting, curious about firearms, or would like to brush up on their skills. Members are encouraged to bring family and friends to the meets. Safety conscious enthusiasts of all ages, and levels of expertise, are welcome.

We are a family and community oriented group first, and a firearms forum second.

On the site, we provide a family friendly forum where Texans can discuss safety, gun ownership, equipment, gear, add ons, accessories, CHL, legal, and activism.
